I am Carlos Restrepo. I have been teaching Spanish online for more than six years. I am originally from Colombia and grew up in Medellin.

I am a mechanical engineer whose pasion is teaching. I have taught at the university level for both undergraduate and master students. I hold a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Bordeaux in France, where I lived for about six years.

I love languages, I currently speak five languages: Spanish, English, Portuguese, Italian and French. Language learning is a hobby I've been practicing since I was 13 years old.

I have helped many students to reach their goals in Spanish, and this space is dedicated to those of you that want me to join you in that journey. Learning a language can be an exciting thing if it is done in the right way. It is not something that can be rushed or acquired passively.

I enjoy being outside and doing some excercise. I enjoy reading classical literature.
